Konsumen Vs Produsen: Menyikapi Keluhan Konsumen, Jika Sang Raja Teluka

 
JAKARTA - Dalam setiap produk yang dikonsumsinya (dalam hal ini kendaraan) setiap pembeli berhak mendapatkan yang terbaik dan selayaknya mendapatkan perlakuan bak raja, oleh Agen Pemegang Merek (APM) selaku pihak penjual.

Banyaknya kejadian protes memprotes atau bahkan hingga gugatan dari konsumen mobil belakangan ini, pastinya jadi sebuah masukan bagi APM untuk memberikan prioritas lebih bagi konsumennya. Tentunya hal ini dapat menghindarkan APM dari tindakan konsumen yang dapat mencoreng nama baik brand-nya.

“Kami memiliki Customer Satisfaction Quality (CSQ)yang siap menampung segala keluh kesah customer terhadap produk kami, dan tim CSQ terdiri dari lintas engginering, quality control, technical service serta marketing,” papar Amelia Tjandra selaku Marketing Director, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM).

Ditekankan juga bahwa setiap konsumen berhak mendapatkan informasi sejelas-jelasnya akan produk yang dibelinya, sesuai persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan, agar dapat terhindar dari hal yang tidak di inginkan di kemudian hari.

”Bila terdapat keluhan, segera berikan laporan tertulis kepada Customer Relation kami, dan kami akan segera merespon dan memberikan perbaikan sesuai haknya. Musyawarah merupakan hal yang kami tekankan bila konsumen masih belum merasa puas, sehingga tercapai win-win solution di kedua belah pihak,” ujar Amelia Tjandra meyakinkan.

Hal senada diungkapkan oleh Endro Nugroho selaku 4W Marketing & Dealer Development Director PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS). ”Hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan terkait komplain pelanggan sesungguhnya bisa diredam, jika kita melakukan komunikasi yang efektif sejak awal, terkait produk yang kita jual.”

Konsumen sesungguhnya memiliki saluran untuk menyampaikan keluhannya melalui Customer Relation Officer kami. Dengan melihat keluhan tersebut apakah terkait dengan produk, pelayanan, ataupun promo-promo yang APM berikan.

”Kami memiliki tim yang memang khusus menangani keluhan konsumen, yang terpenting kami beserta staff, juga harus mengedukasi para pelanggan bagaimana cara berkendara serta melakukan perawatan yang benar sesuai buku panduan,” tambah Endro, yang juga mengaku siap menghadapi konsumen ’nakal’ yang memanfaatkan kesempatan dalam kesempitan.

Seperti halnya APM lain, PT Toyota Astra Motor juga sudah memperhitungkan dengan matang bila terjadi keluhan dari konsumen.

”Transaksi pembelian mobil bukanlah akhir dari hubungan dengan konsumen, namun jadi titik awal dimulainya customer relation,” diutarakan oleh Rouli Sijabat sebagai PR & CR Manager PT TAM.

Keluhan yang datang bisa bermula dari konsumen ataupun dari unit kendaraan yang digunakan. Dan bermacam keluhan tersebut bisa dirunut pangkalnya.

”Jika terkait dengan hal yang teknis maka tim teknislah yang akan kami libatkan, dan semuanya bisa terukur dengan melihat buku servis. Di dalam buku servis kita bisa melihat dimana letak kesalahannya, apakah dari konsumen yang lalai atau memang produknya yang bermasalah,” ujar Rouli lagi.

Sedangkan PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution akan melakukan crosscheck dan memilah jenis serta macam keluhan. Keluhan bersifat teknis maupun non teknis akan ditangani oleh devisi yang berkompeten menangani keluhan sesuai porsinya. secara garis besar keluhan dapat ditujukan pada dealer maupun customer service dimana pelanggan membeli kendaraan.

“Bagian after sales and service melihat jenis keluhan, bila bersifat ‘khusus’ atau krusial maka pihak APM akan segera meneruskannya ke pihak Jerman ( Daimler AG ) untuk mencari solusinya,” papar Dwi Parileksono Purwanggoro selaku Departement Manager, External Affair & Public Relation Communication Division MDI.

Bila mengarah pada tuntutan hukum, pihak Mercedes-Benz pusat segera memberikan bantuan melalui devisi khusus. Dan pembicaraan musyawarah untuk penyelesaian masalah tetap menjadi prioritas, karena cara ini lebih efektif dan demokratis, sehingga tidak perlu melebar hingga ke pengadilan. Hal ini lebih baik karena menyangkut nama baik kedua belah pihak, sehingga dapat tercapainya win-win solution.

Sementara PT BMW Indonesia merasa tidak hanya sekadar menjual produk mobil premium. “Namun juga memberikan pelayanan premium kepada pelanggan setia kami,” papar Helena Abidin, Director Corporate Communications PT BMW Indonesia. Seluruh jaringan dealer BMW memiliki komitmen melayani pelanggan sebaik mungkin, meskipun terkait adanya permasalahan atau komplain produk.

“Memang tidak sepenuhnya produk kami sempurna, namun semaksimal mungkin kami selalu memberikan jawaban atas keluhan dari konsumen, sehingga konsumen merasa terpuaskan,” tutup Helena secara diplomatis.  (mobil.otomotifnet.com)

Cara Menyikapi Keluhan Pelanggan


Dalam dunia bisnis, adanya keluhan dari pelanggan adalah hal yang kerap dijumpai akibat adanya ketidakpuasan pelanggan dengan jasa atau proses yang telah dilakukan. Sebagai manusia , keluhan inipun sering menjadi beban ketika bekerja dan tidak sedikit yang memandangnya secara negatif. Padahal, kalau mau ditilik lebih lanjut keluhan pelanggan tersebut dapat diolah menjadi energi positif sebagai cambuk untuk menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Tidak sedikit yang mengatakan, seharusnya merasa bersyukur jika mendapatkan keluhan karena berarti pelanggan tersebut masih ingin menjalin kerjasama. Pasalnya tidak sedikit pelanggan yang tidak menyampaikan keluhan apapun, tetapi tiba tiba tidak melanjutkan kerjasama disaat mendatang.

Keluhan yang datangpun sebaiknya diterima dengan baik. Usahakan untuk mendengarkan keluhan pelanggan terlebih dahulu secara menyeluruh dan jangan bersikap defensif  sejak awal karena hal itu justru akan memprburuk keadaan. Apabila hal tersebut memang kesalahan Anda, segeralah minta maaf.

Pelajari pula keluhan dari pelanggan untuk mengetahui letak kesalahan dengan meninjaunya kembali sesuai dengan prosedur atau standar operasional perusahaan. hal ini kerap kali mempermudah mengurai persoalan sehingga bisa langsung diketahui letak kekurangan saat bekerja. Disisi lain, hal inipun dapat menjadi masukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan tim agar tidak mengulangi kesalahan yang sama. Pasyikan pula pelanggan telah mengerti seluruh prosedur kerjasam sejak awal proses utuk meminimalkan terjadinya miskomunikasi.

Berilah jalan keluar yang tepat dengan tetap berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Jika diperlukan, sebaiknya Anda konsultasikan terlebih dulu hal ini dengan atasan, baru kemudian bernegosiasi dengan pelanggan hingga menemukan titik tengah.

Tips, Cara Mengatasi Rasa Malu dan Minder dalam diri



Malu atau minder, merupakan salah satu sifat manusia yang umum dan sangat manusiawi, hal ini muncul pada kondisi saat hilangnya percaya diri. Hilangnya percaya diri muncul dalam diri-diri yang tentu berdasar pada sumber-sumber pokok permasalahan, dan semua sumber-sumber permasalahan itu bersifat relatif adanya. Dari beberapa blog yang sempat saya kunjungi, saya menemukan beberapa pemaparan yang mengupas tentang minder dan malu pada diri seseorang. Di antara pemaparan-pemaparan itu saya kolaborasikan disini, dalam artikel ini.

Orang-orang dengan sifat pemalu secara naluri menyimpan kesadaran kalau diri mereka terlewatkan dari orang lain. Sifat pemalu biasanya membuat seseorang kehilangan kesempatan, kurang mendapat kesenangan dan terkucil dari hubungan sosial. Sifat pemalu dapat membawa banyak kerugian. Tapi bagi Anda yang memiliki sifat ini, tak perlu berkecil hati, karena pada dasarnya ada banyak cara untuk mengusir jauh-jauh sifat yang merugikan ini.

Sebenarnya, formula dari rasa malu terdiri dari 'terlalu berpusat pada diri sendiri' dicampur dengan rasa gugup. Dan ada paduan yang lebih tak menyangkan, saat rasa malu itu mempengaruhi fisik Anda dengan cara 'membajak' ketenangan logis. Rasa malu adalah sebuah kombinasi dari kegugupan sosial dan pengkondisian sosial.

Untuk mengatasi rasa malu ini, yang Anda butuhkan adalah belajar bersikap rileks dalam pergaulan sosial. Dibutuhkan usaha untuk mengarahkan diri Anda jauh dari terlalu berpusat pada diri sendiri, serta memberi diri Anda ruang untuk mempraktekan kemampuan bercakap-cakap. Dalam kebanyakan kasus, emosi yang memuncak dalam bersosialisasi membuat orang menanggapi berbagai kejadian dengan rasa takut. 1. Pikirkan tentang cara Anda merasa dan bertindak di sekitar orang-orang yang telah Anda kenal, dimana Anda bisa merasa nyaman dan bersikap spontan. Alihkan perasaan itu saat Anda bertemu kenalan baru, begitu pula dalam situasi yang membuat rasa percaya diri Anda memudar.

2. Hindari terlalu memperhatikan diri Anda sendiri. Tentu saja, Anda boleh sedikit memikirkan tentang bagaimana Anda akan melewatkan perbicangan dengan orang banyak, tapi jika seluruh fokus Anda tercurah pada kata-kata sendiri dan perasaan Anda, selanjutnya Anda akan mulai merasa gugup sendiri. Ingat-ingat apa yang dikenakan oleh orang lain dan buat catatan tersendiri, dengarkan apa yang mereka perbincangkan, bayangkan dimana mereka tinggal, buat sebuah garis besar atau ingat-ingat nama mereka. Hal ini bukan hanya memberi Anda bahan perbincangan, tapi juga mencairkan ketegangan dalam bersosialisasi dan membuat perasaan Anda lebih tenang.

3. Buat pertanyaan terbuka pada semua orang. Banyak orang yang lebih senang bicara tentang diri mereka sendiri, dan temukan sebuah topik yang membuat orang lain tertarik. Apa yang membuat mereka tertarik akan membuat perbicangan berjalan menyenangkan bagi semua orang. Selalu ajukan pertanyaan yang memungkinkan jawaban lebih dari ya/tidak.

4. Berhentilah percaya pada imajinasi Anda. Mungkin Anda pernah membuat gambaran tentang sebuah liburan yang menyenangkan dan pada kenyataanya jauh berbeda dari yang Anda bayangkan. Itu menunjukan beatapa tak dapat dipercayanya bayangan kita sendiri. Berhentilah memikirkan apa yang dipikirkan orang lain, karena apa yang dipikiran orang lain tentang Anda, belum tentu sama persis seperti bayangan Anda.

5. Berhentilah memikirkan 'segalanya atau bukan apa-apa.' Pemikiran 'pasti begini/pasti begitu' tertuang saat Anda mengalami emosi. 2. Hindari optimasi konten secara berlebihan
Optimasi berlebihan antara lain:
a) Meletakkan kata kunci yang dibidik secara bombastis (umumnya densitas kata kunci lebih dari 4%). Cara yang saya lakukan untuk menghindarinya adalah dengan meletakkan sebuah kata kunci di paragraf pertama dan satu lagi di paragraf terakhir.
Paragraf tersisa saya sisipi dengan turunan kata kunci. Misal, bila saya membidik kata kunci cheap laptops, maka turunannya adalah cheap laptops for sale atau best cheap laptops.
b) Memaksakan format H2 dalam tubuh postingan. Format H2 cocok untuk artikel yang mengandung beragam subjudul. Bila artikel Anda pendek, tidak ada alasan untuk menggunakan format tersebut.
c) Menebalkan, menggaris bawahi, dan memiringkan kata kunci berkali-kali.
3. Buat artikel pilar
Artikel pilar adalah jenis artikel yang pembahasannya mendalam. Ini bisa berupa tutorial, postingan daftar (misal 20 Blog Designs Mistakes You Should Avoid), analisis atau review mendalam, dan ranking (Top 10 Football Players in Serie A).

How to Write Articles That Sell Your Short Reports


I wanted to follow-up on my article about 5 Keys to Writing and Selling Small Reports. Some writers create products and then use loosely related articles to sell those products. You might sell a few using that method. But you’ll sell a whole lot more if you use closely related articles to market your short reports.
Here’s how it works…
Step 1: Choose a Topic
If you want to sell a lot of “feature length” articles (i.e., short reports), then you need to choose a proven topic. That means you should sell reports that are similar to solutions that your market is already buying.
You can find out what your market is buying by visiting marketplaces like the Amazon.com marketplace (and their bestseller lists) and the Clickbank.com marketplaces. In both cases, look for products appearing at the top of the search results and/or at the top of the categories when you browse.
These are your most popular, best-selling products. You’ll want to create a short report on a similar topic. Ideally, you should give your report a special twist or make it unique in some way.
Example: If you see a lot of bestsellers on the topic of helping brides-to-be slim down in the three months before their wedding, you can create a report and accompanying article about how to slim down safely and quickly in two months.
Step 2: Write an Article on the Topic
Once you’ve chosen your topic, then your next step is to write a 400 to 600 word article on this topic. Your goal is to provide useful yet incomplete information. That’s because you want your readers to solve their problems by purchasing your report.
Example: In continuing with the weight loss for brides example: You might create an article called “Three Secrets to Getting in Shape for Your Wedding.” Those three secrets will prove useful to the reader, but she won’t be able to lose enough weight unless she knows all the secrets contained in your report.
Step 3: Craft a Compelling Conclusion
Next, you need to craft a conclusion that gets readers to click through to your short report sales page. To do this, offer a benefit to those who click through, such as the quick and easy to solution to their problems.
Example #1: “Who else wants to look stunning on her wedding day? Click here now to discover how to lose all the weight you want before your big day!”
Example #2: “Whether you fit into your wedding dress or not depends on whether you know these seven fat-melting secrets – click here to ensure you too look drop-dead gorgeous on your wedding day!”
Step 4: Create a Short Report on the Same Topic
Next, you need to write a short 7-15 page report on the same topic. While a short report can’t solve all your prospects’ problems, it can solve one specific problem.
Example #1: Your short report could teach future brides how to drop 20 pounds before their wedding day.
Example #2: A marketing report could show people how to make money using Twitter.
Example #3: A dog training report could teach readers how to ease separation anxiety in their furry friends.
Once your report is complete, you need to select a payment processor such as Clickbank.com, PayPal.com or 2Checkout.com. Then write a sales letter, include the payment button and upload the letter to your domain.
Step 5: Submit Your Articles… and Sell!
Now you’re ready to use your article to drive traffic to your site!
You can:
• Submit this article to EzineArticles.com, ArticleCity.com, GoArticles.com, ArticleAlley.com and Buzzle.com.
• Use it as the basis of a HubPages.com or Squidoo.com page.
• Post it on niche forums (where allowed).
• Upload it to your blog.
• Recruit affiliates and let them use it to market your report.
• Post it on social media sites.

5 Keys to Writing & Selling Small Reports


Here are five keys to making a fortune with these small reports…
1. Choose a Current Hot Topic
If you want to make a lot of money quickly – and if you want to build your customer list fast – then choose a current hot topic.
Doing so will help your report attract attention on niche forums, blogs, social media sites. You’ll even bring in traffic from the search engines.
How do you find a hot topic? Like this:
  • Follow conversations on niche forums to see which ones are getting a lot of views and passionate replies.
  • Read niche blogs to see which topics are getting plenty of comments and discussion.

Choosing a hot topic and a great title will draw prospects to your order page like metal shavings to a magnet. But once they crack your report open, you need to wow them.
That’s because satisfied customers become repeat buyers.
How do you satisfy them?
a) First, you better deliver everything you promised on your sales page (and more).
b) Secondly, you should make your content easy to understand and digest by providing plenty of tips and examples.
So instead of simply telling someone to “write a good headline,” you should provide examples of good headlines (e.g., “The secrets of…”). Or instead of telling someone to cut 250 calories from their diet each day, you can give them ten tips and examples of how, exactly, they should do that.
4. Write a Part 2
One way to attract a flood of new buyers for your small report is by creating an enticing “Part 2” that you give away for free to all who purchased Part 1.

There are occasions, however, where the creator has certain limitations on how you can use the Private Label Rights content.  You may not necessarily have the flexibility and the freedom that you thought you had to edit.  Prior to your purchase, it is to your advantage if you inquire with the seller as to what the terms are.  This way, you won’t be stuck with something that you can’t do much with.

There have been many authors who had quality content, but their title or headline is lacking substance.  Which sounds better to you, “Tips to Revive Your Marriage” or “10 Tips To Revive Your Marriage Before You End Up In Divorce Court”?  The second title will definitely get people to thinking.  They’ll want to know how to get their marriage on the right track again or suffer the consequences.  Titles and/or headlines should provoke thought and stirring.

It’s good to want to make a profit with private label rights content, and it can be lucrative.  However, you must be mindful of the seller’s terms of using it.  Copyright laws go into effect when content is created. 

So when the seller conducts the transaction with private label rights content, read and be aware of what their terms are and adhere to them.  If you don’t, you can find yourself in a world of trouble. 

Take a look at some of the things that sellers decide on when creating terms for private label rights content:

Sell or not to sell?  More times than not, the seller will allow you to sell the private label rights package to others.  If they allow you to sell it, it can possibly set up a devaluing process.  This is because others may use the private label rights content as is and not bother to modify the contents in order to be unique.

Private label rights can be a godsend for the person who is not author or writer-inclined.  They just want to purchase material that doesn’t require a lot or brainwork.  As discussed earlier, you’ll have to make some changes to make your product unique.  In addition to that, changing the title can give your product an extra boost.   You can brand yourself into lucrative profits with private label content by doing this.

You also don’t have to pay hundreds of dollars for a ghostwriter, or pay a lot for outsourcing writers.  The only exception would probably be if you’re creating software or a script.  If you’re not programmer or script-inclined, you would probably have to pay for someone to change the software or script format for you.  If you can find someone that can do this for you at a reasonable price, then you’re good to go.

The more original you are, the better chance you have of your product selling. 

Nowadays, people are looking for something not sold by the status quo.  They no longer want to purchase “cookie cutter” products that everyone else is selling.  If you make yours different, it will be noticed and people will know that you took the time to set yourself apart.  This alone will give them a reason to buy from you.

Types Of Private Label Rights Content

There are different types of private label rights content available to use to make a profit.  When you think of content, it isn’t just buying articles or reports in document or rich text file format.  You can also create software and scripts with private label content and make lots of money. 

Articles – There is not a shortage of Private Label Rights articles being sold online.  You can find them in forums (in the special offers section) and there are websites that cater to selling batches of articles.  These articles are usually written by freelancers from freelance writing groups or the seller writes them, if they have time. 

You can also find articles on membership sites.  This can be a plus and a minus.  There are some membership sites that have articles in addition to other products included in the membership.  You may or may not want to whole package.  If you don’t, it’s better to find a website where they just sell articles. 

The emergence of article membership sites is getting popular.  The monthly fees can range from $10 to $97, with the higher prices usually providing the best quality content, along with other perks. 

If your budget can’t part with a monthly membership, there are sites that offer free private label rights articles.  However, some of these articles may need more work than you’re willing to put in time for.  It’s not a bad idea to check them out anyway; you never know what kind of gems you might find. 

E-Books and Reports – this is one of the more popular formats for private label rights content.  This is because you have the advantage of creating another product or chop up the content into articles.  An average e-book is about 30 – 40 pages.  Or you can divide the content into small reports.  Not everyone likes to or has time to read an entire e-book. 

You can also take an e-book with more pages and divide it into three parts.  You would make more money selling 20-page small reports for $15 than you would selling a large e-book for $37.  Since these would be your creations, you can also offer resell or master resell rights if you wanted to.   There’s plenty of opportunity to make lots of money with these formats.

Like with articles, there are membership sites that offer e-books with private label rights.  These monthly memberships for the most part, are reasonably priced.  The only thing about some of these memberships is that you may not know what next month’s content will be until that time comes. 

It may be content that you may or may not like.  You have to decide whether you would want to spend your money every month, taking a chance that you may or may not like the future month’s products. 

Software – this can be very lucrative and a great money maker.  Software with private label rights can make you more money than selling e-books.  You can create or have someone create different software programs for you to sell. 

Scripts – scripts is a form of software that is web-based.  These can be edited and modified to use how you wish.  Most are very easy to use and you can upload them to your website and use in a matter or minutes.

Another form of private label rights is called the public domain.  Public domain is material that is published before the year 1923 that has not claimed copyright status.  However, you must be mindful that not every single piece of material falls under that rule.  You will have to check governmental sources to be sure that the material is indeed public domain. 

There are some membership sites you can join that specialize in providing public domain content.  Make sure they are properly licensed to do so.  The legitimate sites will usually mention information regarding an attorney being involved.  So at least you know that you’re getting quality content that you can modify any way you wish. 

If you’re on a budget and can’t do the membership thing right away, the Gutenberg site has plenty of public domain material you can use and modify to create products.  Even with that, you will still have to check because there is some material that is not allowed to be used until a certain year or it’s not in the public domain.  Public Domain content is one of the best ways to generate private label rights products and ridiculously profit off of it.

Other  Enhancements To Make Your Private Label Content Unique

If you purchase a private label rights package that includes headers, graphics and a sales page, you can change the images to something totally different.  As with the articles and e-book content, people don’t want a “cookie cutter” product. 

They’re looking for something original that no one or not many people have.  Sometimes the graphics aren’t appealing or the colors on them may be blurry.  You wouldn’t want to put that on your website.  People who are looking to buy would not think it was too professional.

You can have your graphics professionally created by an experienced graphics artist.  You can shop around on the internet marketing forums.  A lot of times, they offer great deals to forum members.  They can charge anywhere from $37 on up, depending what you want. 

See if you can negotiate a fair price to do the work.  If your budget does not allow for that, Adobe Photoshop has a 30-day trial to use their graphics software.  It is about the best graphics software available and will provide you will quality graphics that will make your head spin.           

In addition to the graphics, you should seriously consider changing the copy on the sales pages.  Doing this will help you stand out from the “cookie cutter” sites and people will be more drawn to purchase from you.  For the most part, they can probably tell whether or not your site is different than others who are selling the same thing. 

You can still change the wording on your copy even if you’re not a master copywriter.  If your budget doesn’t allow for an experienced copywriter, get a good copywriting manual to study.  Or, if you need to have a sales page really quick and you’re on a budget, do some research on other sales pages that are similar in your niche area and study them. 

You may be able to get some ideas from them.  One thing you don’t want to do if you’re doing this is to copy word for word from their sales page.  You would surely be in hot water with a copyright infringement lawsuit.

You may want to consider branding your private label rights product if you really want to stand out.  Branding is a way of making the product your own with you as the author.  There are several ways you can do this:
